sunrider soft top raising tips?
ok that was hell putting the sunrider top back up on my 2 door. any tips or advice for a loner doing this by herself? the extra flat metal pieces that operate the sunrider add extra weight when you try to lift this thing just over the back seat..my old 08 top went up and down no problem doing it alone.

I must have an older style of sunrider -- aside from the frame, it has plastic parts up front.
But anyway -- Because the sunrider section is so "flimsy", I lift the entire top up using the rear main bar - so that the entire soft top is basically directly up over the jeep - then let each half fall in their respective locations, front forward - rear back down.
It's not to bad lifting the entire top. Because the rear main bar is nice and sturdy, you can lift it from the rear of the Jeep and walk it forward. (You don't have to stand in one spot and strong arm it up - walk it up like you would a ladder).
Not sure if that helps...
