Thumbs down Thin Paint

Has anyone else noticed how ridiculously thin the paint is on JKs? Gotta love big long white scratches down the side of my black JK

When you scratch the clear it comes out white. Try a good buffing compound made to apply by hand and buff them out. Go to a paint supply store tell them your problem and they will direct you to the right product.

I think its a ratio thing, the tin foil they skin these things with will only hold so much paint.

I've always heard cars painted black had less paint (thickness) than other colors. Whether or not this is true, idk.

Or, if you have a little bit of money, Look for someone that installs XPEL Ultimate. It comes in a gloss or matte finish and has self healing properties. This way your Jeep is always nice and smooth.
