Black box logistics experience

K so to start out I ordered a couple 5" cubes for my pillar lights got them and loved them. Since I got them and the price was good I figured I'll get a 10" led bar for my front bumper. All was still good quality is great, price is cheap and shipping was decently fast. So I finally wanted to pull the trigger on a 50" so without a question I went with them also. At the same time I ordered the 50" I ordered a 20" also. So u placed the order and the 50" was on backorder. Ok whatever it happens. They email me saying they'll sip our booth lights at the same time and that they'd get them to me the next day or at least that's what it sounded like from the email. So I get an email saying it was shipped maybe a week later. Odd thing is the email said the package weighs 17lbs figured that's light for a 50" and 20". Turns out they only shipped the 50" without the 20" and it wasn't overnighted. So I email the company and let them know how frustrated I was. Turns out they just worded their email wrong or I read it wrong. Either way the light was never intended to b shipped overnight. They also let me know the 20" didn't get shipped yet. After I tell then how disappointed I was and that I was planning on ordering a pair of 3" cubes from them they call me to tell me they shipped out the 20" and they threw in a pair of cubes for free. So I'm happy as can b now. I get the 50" install it works great super bright. I get the 20" with the cubes and they threw in a few sets of lense covers also. I test the 20" had a few issues with wiring that they helped me out on very fast. One of the cubes was bad so they shipped me out a new one asap. Got my cubes on now working fine. All my lights r black box logistics and I love them. This company has fantastic customer service.
