Default Cobra 75 WX ST radio install

Got the radio and a portable cb from Joe's and picked up the antenia set-up from radio Shack.

I Performed some custom adjustments on the antenia bracket and painted it black. Then got the radio installed as far as placement and where wiring was to go. I got the Antenia wire run through the rear window washer sprayer hose gromet then down inside to the passanger side of the center console.
got it all set-up and hid the little box under there as well. Got the antenia bracket mounted and antenia tuned to the radio and now works well.

I wired mine to the cig lighter on the left side so that the CB would be switched. It works great.

I was able to tune mine when I installed my Match Maker to use the Firestik for both CB and local radio. The Match Maker has fine tuning screws and was able to bring my SWR from 1.4-2.0 down to 1.2-1.4. It also gave me a stronger signal on the local channels.

Any chance you take a picture of where you hid the "box"?
