2" OME heavy lift
With a full width steel bumper and 9500lb winch, I got 3.25" up front, and was never really happy with the ride compared to most other people who posted about their light/medium rate coils. Added front/rear adj trackbars, front control arms, and brackets for the rear brakelines. Front driveshaft started spitting grease, so went aftermarket on that as well. If you disconnect, you'll probably want to add bumpstops, or trim the flares or go to flats.
This is OME HD and 315/75/16 Maxxis Bighorns, 4.5" backspace rims. (Just after a trip to the body shop, stubby with no winch, replacement flares were on the workbench being chopped.)
For more pics, go down to JK Show & Tell, it's full of huge threads. Doesn't matter which lift, just look for 2.5-3" with 35's.

I originally got the OME HD lift with OME shocks. Gave me about 3.5" lift with stock bumpers. Then added after market DS, which required rear upper control arms and rear coil spring wedge, which added 1/2" of lift so now at 4" lift. added front lower control arms to adjust castor. after front and rear bumpers and winch lowered to 3.5" up front so added 1/2" spacer to front to level. I have now cut off rear coil perches and moved to top of axle and welded back on and removed coil wedges and removed front spacer. now back to 3.5" of lift. With OME coils and shocks it road very smooth to me! But, the ome shock where to short so I put on longer Bilstien 5100 and ride is much stiff, but it is fine with me, it is a jeep.
If to do again, I would still get OME coils but not HD and go with flat fenders. Those are 315/75x17 in pics

There is light rubbing on the front plastic cheap factory skid but once I get new bumpers it will be fine and it only rubs at full lock which I do not do often if at all anyway.

It has nothing to do with the name on the side of the box. It is about total lift height (the HD coils just happen to give more lift), shock length, whether you disconnect, and just plain ole luck.
Regardless of lift height, make a habit of crawling underneath and checking the front driveshaft joint at the tcase as part of regular maintenance. Generally, just due to the increased angle that joint runs at from a lift, the rubber boot can get pinched and can wear through. When it does, grease starts spitting out. This leaves a very, very noticeable ring. Some people leave it alone and never have a problem. Some repack grease into it. Some replace the boot or the entire joint. And others just go ahead and replace the entire shaft with a thinner aftermarket option.
