The weld itself does weaken the material. However, that fact that you added a bracket strengthens it. So net net, you are are good to go.

Hey, I am installing a rear UD60, and I am hoping you could do me a solid!

I am having trouble with the emergency brake lines. Could you take 4 pics for me:

- drivers side - where it attaches to the disc brake
- drivers side - where they attached it to the body
- passenger side - where it attaches to the disc brake
- passenger side - where they attached it to the body

Thanks in advance!!!!

Awesome thread, got my UD60'S today along with some new ATX Beadlocks and Nitto 40's

Doing the same install as the op currently.

Any pointers on the install, I picked up new recommended brake lines and parking brake. I run the bolt on EVO Coilovers for suspension and currently short arm Rokmen.

If you like those tires you should start doing some trimming of the body before they cut them up.
