Default any rear tire carriers that offset the rear tire?

I'm looking to build my rig for some serious over landing so maximum storage is key. I think that there would be room for more jerry cans if the tire was offset. I'll post some pictures of other makes with a similar set up to what I'm talking about.

Here's a way to carry a jerry can (or several Rotopax containers); you could put one on each side of the Jeep:

And you could always add more on the back...

Lots of carriers allow for two jerry cans and even have mounts for them. LoD for sure.

The AEV rear bumper with tire carrier allows you to use the AEV 10 gallon fuel tank that hides behind the spare tire. Neat and out of the way.

I have 2 rotopax on the tire carrier I built, if that gives you any ideas.

ARB Tire Carrier is offset and you can mount up to 40" tire and has mounting for Antennas and Hi-Lift Jack.

My XRC Atlas puts 2 20L Sceptre cans between the tire and the back door and I can put four more on my roof rack. Having run some of the longest overland trails in the U.S. (Mojave, Death Valley, SW AZ. My concern has always been having more than enough water rather than running out of fuel.

I'm leaning on replacing my XRC Atlas with the AEV tire carrier and their 10Gal/40L setup. I like the minimal amount of space it uses and the AEV Tire carrier can be used with either the stock JK rear bumper or the AEV rear bumper.

Frankly, you should probably be considering finding a place for carrying a second spare tire somewhere, rather that trying to fit four Jerry cans on your back bumper.

Yeah I have to admit two rear tires is desirable but for now I'm throwing it on a gobi.
