Default Bestop supertop

I purchased a Bestop SuperTop 4 years ago. It is the single Worst product i have purchased for my jeep.
The windshield header has leaked from day one. when i took the top out of the shiping package BOTH
header clamps fell apart in my hand. on a calm day the top stays down but on a slightly windy day
the top lifts and air or rain rushes in. on a windy day or if i meet a semi on a two lane road i can see
the sky between the top and the windshield. Bestops advice was to use a body hammer and bend it to fit.
after four years of being screwed over by Bestops customer service i've had enough. NEVER BUY ANYTHING
FROM BESTOP. once the sale is made your on your own.

Did you get it directly from Bestop or through Quadratec, etc.? I've owned plenty of Bestop stuff on multiple generations of jeeps any have had very few issues. Any I ever had were usually fixed without a hitch.

I purchased it through Quadratec. but if you have any issues with a bestop product they direct you to the manufacturer. And all i ever got from bestop was the run around.

I've got the Supertop NX and he's right, it's not great by a long shot. I have had multiple issues with it. Bestop will warranty things, but If I had to do it over again I would have went a different route. I have had two sets of windows (all three), a new top with header, foam seals, and frame for the inside. I've had mine a year. I'm sure there are happy customers out there but i'm not one.
