ESP issue is getting old!
I have read the posts about disabling with the steering wheel shuffle, switch, fuse etc. I recently took my 2007 down to have the update flash to allow full disable... No dice! I have tried the sequence about 10 times and it will not work! I am contemplating the switch but I cannot stand lights on the dash. I have had it aligned, re calibrated for tire size, steering wheel centered etc. and it still acts up on most turns. Please tell me there is a solution!

I could never get mine to shut off completely either, but maybe it's time to give it another shot.

As others have pointed out, it could be a bad steering or suspension component, wheel sensor, or even an issue with the clockspring about to go. The disabling process is intentionally cumbersome and awkward, but it does work. I'll note that I learned the hard way that after doing the dance, it sometimes require driving the Jeep a short distance and turning for the desired result to take effect.
