I want to hear what you guys/gals are running for any undercarriage protection. Links to the best ones would be appreciated. Which one is most important. I want all the nitty gritty on all that money you can't see under the Jeep!

I prefer the belly pan style over the second skin style (Evo pro tek). Rock hard makes a good engine/trans skid. So does jcr. The transfer case skid and gas tank skid on your jeep are sufficient unless you have damage on them already. Both of those companies make full sets if you want them.

I got the clayton engine/ trans skid with their hd crossmember. Pretty beefy 1/4 inch thick steel on the skid. When my transfer case skid goes which is soon I'll get their skid for that as well

I'm running the EVO Protek system. Can't beat the price and has worked for me so far.

Rock Hard oil and tranny plate here, very solid and great wear for 4-5yrs. This was the only option 5yrs ago, now River Raider and Evo both sell full sets for good prices.

The first thing to go on me was the skinny excuse for a skid just in front of the transfer case skid. I took that off and installed the Rock Hard trans and oil pan skid. Next will be the gas tank skid because mine has more than one dent and plenty of scrapes.

I think this is the ticket. I was all set on the protek because of price but have read too many folks having issues with it bending and making contact with exhaust and such.

Rockhard isn't too much more - but looks twice as strong. Plus I like that the oil pan skid isn't attached to the motor.
