Default Rusted seat rails

My seat rails are getting quite ripe. The parts that mount to the floor. They came with this cheap paint that is prone to rust, which sucks in a vehicle that is prone to leaks.
Does anybody know if you can order the oem rails separate from the rest of the seat sliders and assembly? I want to get a new set and put a good coat of rust paint on them. The old ones are pretty far gone. Thanks! Price?

I took the passenger side right out, sanded it down and repainted, but the rust is coming trough again. That's why I want to start from new.

Did you try a rust converter or prohibitor?
