Substitute for delrin door liners
#2
I haven't seen anything like that yet, I have the TMR Customs Delrin bushings, and it seemed expensive when I ordered them but they have been worth it since installed.
Good luck!!

You can tap one of the factory hinge liners free with a socket extension or something else the right diameter and then use the first factory liner to push the other ones out. At least this worked for me on my 2011.
Tip: use one of those flimsy fridge magnets like the jeep magnet Quadratec gives out to protect the door/body paint near the hinge area while you are tapping.

i put them on a few months ago.
worth every penny.
as others have said, 9mm deep socket to tap out.
i have a 2012 in PA and the corrosion/crap in the factory ones was pretty bad.
took 10-15 minutes for all 4 doors.
are there alternatives that are cheaper? probably... but i've spent more on stupider crap that i probably use 1/10th as much.
I got tired of throwing my back out every time i wanted the doors off. Now, with the liners, I don't even put my back into it... they lift out with my arms.
