Then you should take it back to the dealer for them to fix. They had to disconnect your front driveshaft from the diff and also pull the front diff gears out to get to the seals. Sounds like they didn't put it back together correctly.

I had this wild speed wobble as appose to "vibration". I went across the street to the local mechanic and they just replaced this ladies front end from the same thing .Called it "DEATH BY DODGE"!!!! Turns out there is a whole ton written on it .Huge ongoing problem. You hit a big bump at speeds from 45-55 mph AND BAM!!! It feels like the front wheels going to fall off.You either drive out of it (impossible) or stop .It happend within a week of me buying my 08 jku with 297,000 KMs on it..Took it back they said everything was tight as could be (and they passed the safety with no horn & parking break).Happened 2 weeks later again. SINCE PUTTING 20" WHEELS WRAPPED IN 35" MICKEY T DEGAN 38s I'VE NOT HAD THE PROBLEM RE-OCCUR since June .Go figure. I had waited to get it fixed as i was about to do a lift, but now Im really confused!!!!

Depending on how far you drove with it like this, they should agree in writing to address any future pinon bearing or pinon seal issues on the axle at no charge. That kind of play can destroy that bearing and its not an easy fix.
