Default another OR-FAB tire carrier broken

All, I have a 2012 JK Wrangler with OR-FAB equipment (front/rear bumpers, rocker guards, etc) that were dealer installed. My Jeep only has 30K miles on it and the tire carrier is severely broken. I had to remove the tire so I would not lose it going down the highway. I have seen previous posts for this issue. Has there been any remedy? I have sent multiple emails with pictures to the OR-FAB tech support address, but have not gotten any response. Tires are 35 x 12.50 x 18

Wow that's pretty bad. Was this installed brand new at the dealer? The welds seem to have rusted. Hopefully OR-FAB can resolve this for you.

Looks like it rusted from the inside out. Did you notice any moisture in it?

I don't see a failed weld in those photos. Have you had any recent impacts, accidents etc?

OR-FAB is good people and will take care of you if this is a product issue. Have you reached out to the dealer where you purchased it?

Not seeing a failed weld either and almost looks like water was filling the tube, froze a bunch of times stressing it to the point of fracturing. Seems like it would be hard to have happen being the top tube but not much else makes sense to me.

OR-Fab is a member on this forum, and they are a great group of people. You might try to reach out to them on here with a PM and see what happens. Best of luck.

Default mines been on 5 years now

no issue except it opens rather hard and needs oil but bolts are froze on there . i dont let mine get rusty though i hit it with a little bedliner in that case. Its been a good product for me no complaints over all (solid) i do see other rusted areas on yours though that havent been touched up in some time
keeping it painted will help keep it in good condition, you have to or it will fail im sure

Default Dealer installed in Texas, now resides in San Diego.

No freezing or water damage. Only been off road on the beach or desert. No really hard trails. Dealer installed, and only 30K miles. I have been trying to reach someone at their tech support email and phone number, but no return email. Phone message box I full. I cannot even reach anyone in the sales dept. All numbers are from there web site. getting frustrated.
