Sounds like it could be bad to me. You might as well recheck all wiring though, you could double check it by cutting the wires just after the fuse (from the lightbar, for safety) and touching them directly to the battery.

The bar is getting power since one half lit.

I bought it from a good dealer on eBay. I'll try to get in touch with them but I think So.

You should be good then. It's unfortunate and I feel bad for you. All that work only to be disappointed when you hit the switch. But on the bright side when you get the replacement it will be the second light bar you've installed.
