Install was about 4 hours. But I did on two separate days due to the fact I had to stop at step 60/70 because the provided hardware was not long enough. I suggest you get the correct length bolts of 35mm vs the 20mm that comes in the kit.
So 2 hours day one and 2 hours day two was not that bad. Get a good 10mm open end/ closed end wrench that ratchets on the closed end this will help out in several areas. Also get a good cutoff wheel I killed my 300 series Dremel tool so I had to run out and get a real cut off tool.
Here is a picture of the fender off right before the steps where you drill out the four spot welds.

Very fast shipping!! Instructions were great - made the install go almost very smoothly. I highly recommend folks make sure they have the right tools on hand to make the install a breeze. Took me right around 3 hours from start to finish.
One suggestion I have is when permanently fitting the 90 degree elbow to the new air box...install it out of the jeep...then put it in and mate it with the stainless steel connector. You'll know it's in the right place from your test fit, as long as you don't jar it.
Really like this set up and the flexibility between the high and low mount. Great product!!!
