Just sent you an email with tracking info. I thought the package was ready for delivery when I called but it looks like its in PA right now. Sorry for the confusion.

No worries. Can't wait to have the hood painted and installed. Just tracked it with the shipper and it's scheduled to be delivered today. Thanks again for great customer support and a great looking hood.

I was looking at the pictures of the hood posted in the thread and I can not tell if the sharp bottom edge of the hood had been rounded over slightly before painting. I was thinking that rounding over that edge a bit would give the joint a better look. Any opinions or what have others done?

None of my customers have told me of rounding the edge before paint.

My birthday is coming up at the end of this week. Would running a quick sale be beneficial for anyone?

Occasionally, people ask me about the strength of our TOTL Heat Expulsion fiberglass hood. They have heard horror stories of other inferior products and are concerned. A while back, I posted a picture of me crouching on top of my hood to show its integrity.

Well a customer of mine had an unfortunate accident that further shows the quality with which our hood is made and allowed me to share some of the pictures. Luckily everyone involved was not hurt. He was broad sided by someone running a stop sign so hard that the Jeep rolled over:

As you can see from the pictures, the hood suffered a small break in the fiberglass in the front but other than that nothing more than scratches.

The insurance agency ended up totaling the wrecked green JK. The customer got a new one and had to have another hood on his new one

Just another follow up. This is how the AEV snorkel integration turned out:

Remember that NO other hood offers as much heat escaping surface area as a TOTL Innovations Heat Expulsion Hood
