It was the battery!!! Lights never dimmed or anything while turning the key. Only had 220 cranking amps and needs 400+.
Thanks for the advise, I would have spent a fortune before I changed the battery....

Neutral/safety switch failing. When this happens, put shifter in neutral and turn key. Should start then.
