Default Mystery switch

My 2015 JKU has a switch with a picture of a Jeep going downhill with a clock face above it. I've looked thru the manual and asked the dealer but nobody knows what it does. Anybody know?

You sure it's maybe not Hill Assist? Here is the link to learn more or just google images for hill assist button and see if it resembles what you're referring to:

Jeep JK Hill Start Assist On/Off Guide | Jeeps on Trails

Lots of info on hill assist online.

You mean to tell me that the dealer didn't have a clue about what that switch is for?

Do not walk, RUN away from that dealer and never go back!

Look on page 485 of the Owner's Manual.
And the dealer should have known.

One would hope that if the OPer bought the jeep from a true Jeep dealership.. the dealer or salesman should have known or at least pointed out a few things.. However, In most cases, if the jeep has been purchased from a used car lot.. The salesperson is not obligated to explain anything.. not even the jeep wave..
