Driving light mount
I'm not much of a fabricator or welder, but sometimes I really impress myself.
I purchased some driving lights last night and need a place to mount them with my factory bumper.
I spent abut $7 other than what I already had lying around. I used some left over 1.5" square tube and I purchased a 1.5" piece of 1/8" flat stock.
I first pulled out the trim piece between the grill and the bumper and trimmed off the ends.
Next I measured the outside distance of the frame rails, cut a piece of square tube, welded on some long legs, that will mount to the frame, and some light tabs on the top. Here is the finished product.

Thanks. I'm not really much of a fabricator and I don't have all the tools that I would like, but I can weld enough to make metal stick together. This should work fine, for no more stress that the driving lights will cause.
