Rolling Stones Help Roll Out Jeep Renegade
The Rolling Stones are helping to roll out the new Renegade in the U.K. by auctioning off one of the Jeeps for charity signed by members Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts.
The bidding for the Jeep, which is being hosted by Charitybuzz, comes on the heels of the brand sponsoring the Stones’ “14 On Fire” European tour held from May to July this year.
Yup, that’s certainly one good way to help generate some buzz for the new SUV in Europe. The last time I checked, the Rolling Stones signature Renegade had a bid of $42,500 with four days left to go.
However, if you live in the U.S., don’t even bother bidding unless you plan on picking up a second residence in Europe, the Middle East or Africa. The Renegade signed by the Stones can only be driven in those regions.
