Wood CJ Speaks to Deep Passion for Jeep

In the midst of celebrating Jeep’s 75th Anniversary, we’ve been stumbling on a few things here at JK Forum that really speak to the passion which people have for the nameplate.

But this Jeep CJ made totally out of wood, which is featured in the 2013 YouTube video below, might be one of the most unique we’ve ever come across. Even more impressive is the fact that in addition to looking like a Jeep, it appears that the vehicle is actually functional as well, as highlighted in a recent Road & Track report.

The specifics on the history or current whereabouts of the wooden Jeep are a bit of a mystery. But apparently the CJ was built by someone who ran a website called Cherrybronco.com, which is no longer live. However, one thing’s for certain: whoever took the time to build the wooden CJ had to have a lot of appreciation for Jeeps.
