You should make a version that ties into your rock sliders and front bumper or grill/winch hoops. Something that would be an easy add-on sale when someone buys your other products.

RE: Mounting them....

In the pics they mount with a vise-grip clamp and a couple magnet squares.

There is some beefy stuff back there to tie into though.....we're working on it.

Nick, you guys are killing me...yet another session of begging the boss for $ to support my S/W addiction

All kidding aside, I think they look great! I'm for (1) narrower than stock like you have it (2) integrated LED marker lights - don't like the idea of something stuck on top or w/e (3) strength which I'm sure is a given having most of your other stuff on my baby (although I am waiting a bit on the tire carrier lol - tax returns can't come quickly enough and with twins due on Oct 10, my $ are currently redirected elsewhere ).

Keep up the good work and let everybody working hard on this and the tire carrier how much they work is appreciated.

Just YESTERDAY, I noticed the sale on Xenon narrows, and started thinking I should just order them and give up hope for a metal set of flatties that I like. And then I wake up today and see this.

Will there be some thin sheetmetal (or plastic even) that can cover the inside of the wheel well to keep the mud out of the engine?

Do you want a $500 deposit now to help with development costs? (For a small discount on the eventual price, of course

The inner fender will be able to be reused. It is just all taken apart so I can see what I am working with.

I know you don't have the pricing yet, can you give a ballpark? Are we talking like $300-$500? $500-$700? Over $700??

I only ask because I see a lot of fenders on the market, but they all cost over $500.

It's a guess...based on little hard info yet... so take it as such, but I'd guess around $500-600.

Major progress made. More pics below.

Bare steel, but otherwise looks exactly like what we have in mind for the finished product.

After working out the final mounting, I can say with certainty that strength will not be an issue. They are very stout. They are bolted to a sub-frame that's in the engine compartment behind the sheet metal.

The stock inner fender is off right now in the pics, but you will be able to be re-install it.
