Default How big do I need to go?

My brother has a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, stock. He wants to put my stock JK 17" Rubicon wheels and tires on it. What does he need to do to get this done? How much lift, any mods, spacers, etc...? Thanks for the help.

First of all, he'll need wheel adapters as the Cherokee should be 5 x 4.5 (JK is 5 x 5).

Second, to fit 32" tires on a Cherokee usually means at least 4" of lift, and/or lots and lots of trimming.
