My brother-in-law sold me his 16' flat bottom with 25hp Mariner and trolling motor for $500. He said he really didn't want anything just take it out and use it sometime. I put some new tires on it and pulled it home. It has been sitting in his yard for 2 years. I need to go through the gas and plugs to see if I can get it going. This boat was in my yard for 3 years when his brother owned it but went to Alaska. I ran it for him and took care of it. So it is just moving around in the family.I have had nice bass boats but this is just right for the Jeep.

 

Looks like someone is going to have some fun bass fishing and maybe a little duck hunting.

 

The bass boat that I sold a few years back would have looked nice behind the Jeep though. When I looked at the old pics I noticed the boat number ended with JK. What are the odds???

 

Cleaned the carb, plugs, and fuel filter. Tightened up some lines and shes running on the first pull. After I get it all legal with tags and boat registration I 'll be in the water.
