Default Waterfront Property shout out (small or large)

If you own property with either a pond, lake or stream or live on water front property because you love to fish give a shout out. Also this is a good place to find out who has property like yours so maybe if you have a question or problem you might be able to share some advice.

I will start we have a small 1+- acre pond that averages 5' deep. It is a bit overpopulated with bass and has a few bream in it. I have plans to put 100 channel catfish in a cage to grow in it for later release once they are big enough the bass will not eat them all on the 12th. I am also reducing the bass population and have found a place called Ken's Fish Hatchery that is doing a free water test (look them up online they carry georgia giant bream which might be the next addition). We did have a duck problem but I am working that out slowly by both collecting eggs as they hatch (for resale of chicks) and duck is mighty tasty.

Does having a deeded right of way count?
We have 4+- acres that would be about 2 city blocks off of the lake. The lake is 6 miles long 1 and a little mile wide and 300 ft deep. great for Lake Trout and Land Locked Salmon fishing.

The property is mostly wooded, thickly wooded, with a nice babbling brook, cutting across it diagonally,
with a real nice waterfall. Our water supply is from a natural spring.

These are our driveway after the first good snow of last winter.

This is looking across the lake, over the neighbors boat, from our right of way.

Not quite in line with your first post, but I bought my Jeep so that I'd have access to 1000's of waterfront miles to fish. I don't have to worry bout pond maturity, birds making a mess, and so on. I also have access to part of my water front property in five minutes or so,

I am a happy Jeeper.
