Lets see pictures of your camping setups.
I haven't used it yet, but I just put together a sleeping platform for my 2010 JKU. I often travel solo, and when I discovered that there is enough room for a 6 foot long platform with the passenger seat pushed all the way forward, I thought this would prove handy, especially if it's raining or dark when I arrive at the campsite and don't want to mess with the tent, or to catch a short nap in rest stops.
Camping in South Korea.
This was last weekend. Went to a little spot near a beach.

Really need to find me a little trailer to haul all my stuff in...
This is from Memorial Day weekend. Went 7 people total on a lake.

My failed attempt at wakeboarding... Hard to teach an old dog new tricks...

I made it in two pieces. Just a frame of 2x4's and 3/4 inch plywood on top. The front frame staddles the back seat, the rear portion is about the same size-wise, so it doesn't take up much room in the garage. Both sit on the floor under one of my canoes.
I travel alone most trips, so I'll just leave it in place when traveling, ready to crawl up into at anytime!
