I was blown away to see this TJ in the best buy parking lot in Fresno. He was walking up as I was looking at his jeep. We chatted for 20 minutes and found out that this is 1 of 4 in the world (Not really, after further investigation) He used to work for a adventure tour company in Yosemite and they would pack 7 tourist and 1 driver into the stretched TJ's and hit the trails. This red TJ never left his garage initially. He saved it from the abuse on the trails knowing that it might be a collectors item one day. It has 27,000 HWY miles and it's a 2006. He might be interested in selling it so PM me if you want his info. It's is pretty cool and unique.

 

I found a company in, I think, West Virgina that specialized in stretching Wranglers for personal or resort applications. I was quoted $17,000 to convert my $21,000 2000 TJ Sport to a 4 door with soft top back in 02-03. The company has since gone out of business... I often wonder why while driving my JKU! Lol!
