After reading about the pollution levels there its silly they're complaining about dust. Plant some trees and be done with it.

The Santa Maria 4WD club is right on top of this and the hearings, I'm grateful for their attendance at all of those meetings but it appears that the fine dust created (they say) by sand vehicles is ruining the country much less the Oceano Dunes. Interesting that Guadalupe city, that hasn't had vehicles on the sand for years has a fine dust problem as well, not from ORVs anyways, and always has had.
