so when are you planning on leaving?..If I end up going and I say IF, I would like to split around 1pm friday , that way plenty of time to set up camp before dark. I was wondering what everyone was doing about food . Is it everyone for themselves? Either way if fine with me.

 

We aren't leaving until Friday evening, and staying the night in Tehachapi at the Fairfield Inn. Right off the 58. I am making homemade spaghetti and meatballs (Us veggies won't eat the balls ) for Saturday night Gregg, and you are more than welcome to that. WITH GARLIC BREAD! Oh and we bought a Coleman 10 cup coffee maker so coffee will be on!
Doing grilled cheese with fresh tomatoes for lunch and probably eggs and potatoes for breakfast on Sunday, and then Sandwhich stuff for Sunday lunch like when we were in Pismo.

Sounds good Cara, I have a propane griddle/ hotplate I will bring to do up the grilled cheese along with a propane stove .

 

We bought a propane stove as well and I think we are grabbing the Coleman Oven that goes on top of the stove for cinnamon rolls.

 

Put us down as a maybe for Sat only. Have to see how this week goes.

 

I will be coming on saturday as well, i am not sure about camping and doing sunday yet. put me on the going list for saturday
