anyone have one of these or something that does the same thing? i switched from stock tires to 33's and would really like to reflash the engine for it and what not. I am getting my oil changed on friday should i just get the dealer to set it up for 32" tires and clear the tire pressure monitoring thing?

all of these devices are VIN coded to the owners vehicle....unless you can get an unlocked one. It isnt the typ of thing you can lend a buddy.

 

erg okay well i guess i will just have to fork over at the dealership i know they can only do 32's is that worth it or should i get someplace else to set it up for 33s?

 

For what they would charge you the AEV device is only $135 US......and you KNOW you will get bigger than those 33's.......

I'd go with the AEV. The dealer can only do so much with a flash. The AEV does so much more and when you upgrade to bigger, you can adjust it. I'd go that route, hands down.

 

I did the order today through National in Montreal... Daniel told me that they are getting 10 in...They should be here in two weeks.. If you want one let them know... but they want 189 for each.....then after I ordered it through them the phone rings and it was Mike from AEV calling.... Turns out the price of shipping and the exchange plus duties etc.. I was about 20 bucks ahead through National..
