5 years isn't long enough? You can get a diesel JK over there!! Buy one when you get there, then bring it back over with you when you come home.

I'm sad about the idea to have a small Renault, Opel or Citroen, but this is life...

Good Bye my friends
I lived in Paris for 19 years and trust me you don't want to own a car while in Paris. No need for one, public transportation are amazing and very efficient. Buses have their own lane, great during traffic hours... and there is always a subway station nearby... It's a bit like living in New York city (lived there too...) car are really not needed. If you do want one, a small car is really what you want as parking is always a pain...

Feel free to PM me if you need any help/info about the city/country. It's a great city to live in.

I'm totally jealous! Trust me, a Clio is plenty big on the Parisian streets! Like Somewhere said, you can't spit in Paris without hitting a subway station. Save your money and go bananas when you get back. Good luck....ah, I mean Bon Chance!
