and steering is really acting funy like as if is binding

Fingers crossed for you mate. Had the same kind of binding issue with the steering a while ago. Dealership replaced the ball joints under warranty and that seemed to do the trick. Had a rear axle seal replaced (under warranty also) at the same time. All done in two days. It probably helps that my buddy is a mechanic at the dealership. Anyways, hope it will be done in time.

Just worried because I am normally under her when they are working on her

It is good yet bad I got the extended warranty I had her just over 2 years an 34000 km at that rate they'll be fixing her till 2014
