JK jam pole
Yes that is Correct July 4th
Internationally around the world not everyone celebrates US independence day. But i do know that Americans that work in Canada do they are even proud like you guys are that put up the flags outside of your houses down there. (it really is something to see that as you go through a neighbour hood and see the red white and blue lots of pride)
In Canada we celebrate what is know as Canada day on the 1st of July and this would be Tuesday but celebrations for this will occur in every Canadian community the weekend before JK Jam. some flags go up some people paint there cars red and white (Poster paint) almost every one where red and white.
So i guess this leaves our south of the border friends from not attending.
That is a real shame cause they will miss our" re enactment of " Burning of Washington"
the successful invasion and attack on US main land soil, the day British (Canadian) forces came across the border and attacked and burned the white house and many other federal buildings. which led to the sign of the Ghent treaty.
I'm kidding there is no re-enactments.

No, 4th of July is an American Holiday.
In Canada, we don't have American holidays, we do not celebrate American holidays in Canada.
We have 1st of July, the day Canada was founded as a Nation....
No hostility towards anyone, so please dont take it that way.....
I just hear this all the time though, I was asked a year ago why we don't celebrate Veterans day or Presidents Day here......I was a little blown away, I mean, Veterans Day I can understand a confusion, in place of it we celebrate Remberance Day......but Presidents Day?? Sheesh......your President is not our President, and we don't answer to him AT ALL......we don't even have a President......we have a Prime Minister, and a Governor General, both of whom are representives of the Royal Family of the Commonwealth, England, more over the representitive of the Queen of England.
Anyway, sorry bro, I'm not slamming on you, I was just kinda clarifying that Canada was founded a couple days before the the good USA, so we have different celebration dates.
If any of our US friends wanted to come, they could come up on the Saturday no?
