Hey gang,

Just want to say thanks for thinking of us and inviting us along on that rodeo weekend.

Its nice to know that when people think trails, you all point in our direction.....we've been working hard at making Overland what it is today, and without an awesome group like you guys, we wouldn't be much.....just a long haired drunken Polock and a shite-faced Brit beatin around on some dusty trails all over the world......so thanks again for letting us come out and take you all on one of our trails.

The lake tour this afternoon was great, my favorite part was actually driving along the lake beach itself.....nice clear water and blue skies made for a great afternoon, nice choice Scott.

Thanks for the big stuck award, here's the scenario that lead to me becoming "high-centred".....now, normally I'm a steely eyed steady nerved adventure driver, but....my one weakness......SCREAMING WOMEN.....yep, thanks to Lisa's sudden blurting screams of "Oh my god I can only see sky, AHAAHAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" my "drivin foot" came off the skinny pedal at the wrong time to make sure she wasn't going into cardiac arrest.....so whoops....hahaha....ah well....it happens to the best of us.

Hmmm.....the All Dressed thing.....wow, I'd forgotten about that little ditty....thanks for bringing back the memories on that little number Todd.....after coming home and getting ready for the shower.....yeah.....All Dressed HEELLLLL.......thanks, I now need my brain bleached and my nose sealed.....I haven't heard that in almost 11 years......wow, civies are lame.

I'm glad everyone had a great time on our run, it left us feeling pretty good at the end of the day.

Scott, thanks again for throwing this little gig together, we had a great time, the whole time.

See you all again out there, real soon......the next day run we host will be at Lingham Lake......so, bring your snorkels.... date TBA.

Great people, great weekend......good group of guys, all of you.

Sincerely....

Dion, Derek & Lisa - Team Overland.

Scott, again thank you for a great weekend it was well planned and a ton of fun, and it will have to be an annual event for sure! Just try not to plan it on the same weekend as the Rodeo next year, to avoid scheduling conflicts with you know who!
If you dont want me there just say so!!!

Here are my pics of the weekend. Todd sorry about missing your big splash in the puddle, wish I had of caught that! enjoy the pics folks

Wow, what a great weekend...even for me! I guess I see why my hubby likes the "JK family" more then us at times!
Thanks so much to all of you for a great time. You were all so welcoming to myself and the "brats!"
It was some firsts for us, our first big wheeling trip, and our first RODEO!!!
Can't wait until next time!

Awesome time on Saturday everyone

Speaking for the entire family Scott, THANKS it was amazing idea & time (like we really needed allot of arm twisting to get together) and we can’t wait till do it again. For sure we’ll have to make it an annual event.. From what I’ve seen of the pic’s and the stories we missed a good one camping and on Sunday’s run (we are so doing the camping thing next year or at least I will be)

Derek and Dion as usual you guys did a great job guiding us thru the trail .. Chantal “REALLY” enjoyed having her 1 month old Rubi out on Weakest Link. All she kept saying was “SO HELP ME GOD, YOU BETTER NOT DENT THIS”. She said “dent” nothing about adding some new pin stripes

Todd not sure what you did or didn’t do to my sister Shelly (AND I SO DO NOT WANT TO KNOW , What happens in the jeep stays in the jeep ) but I think you’ve found a TRAIL WENCH any time you want a passenger to talk their ear off..

I sure hope that no one has suffered any type of permanent eye damage from the glare of the sun coming off our Jeep … It takes allot of skill to get a JK’s tires, wheel wells, rock & frame rails and don’t forget the bumper that clean and shinny.

Anyways here’s our pic’s from Sat’s run.. Enjoy and we can’t wait till the next get together. http://s243.photobucket.com/albums/f...%20July%205th/

Hey guys! Sorry it took so long for me to get on here. I noticed that my wifer actually beat me to it. That's funny. Anyway, what can I say? I had a great time. Thanks to Scott for letting us camp at his place. Hopefully we left everything the way we found it. Thanks to the Overland guys. You guys are great. Your knowledge of the trails in northern Ontario is awesome, and I'm glad that we're able to be a part of your trips. THe weakest ling trail had my adrenaline up, you can't pay for a rush like that, nor can you really explain it to anyone. Definitly the most technical trail I've been on, and hope to do many more. Once again, thanks. My kids love all you guys, especially Wayne and Danielle, I thought I was gonna lose them to you guys for a while there. My little guy saw a picture of Todd and went nuts also. They had lots of fun. I'm proud of them for being in the Jeep so long and making it. This will go down in our family's history books as our first family camping trip and it was a success. Thanks everybody for your patience with the kids being there, I know pulling over was a bit of a pain. I'm glad to be a part of this group, and hope to wheel with you guys lots in the future. Saturday night was awsome, my gut hurt a little from laughing so hard. I'll post my pics as soon as I get them into the computer. See you all soon.
