Minden - Scotch Line Run Oct. 27th
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who came out and made our intro to jeeping incredible... I hope to repay the favor in the future, let me know when the next overnight run is and i'll bring the pops
Cool my man. My inbox was full, just deleted 50 messages lol. Resend the pm Antonio...
Good run, easier then I expected. Then again last time I was on the trail I was a newbie
My 2 dr Sahara made that rock climb at the begining of the trail. I remember 2 years ago when it was a big to do and only a few of the 16 Jeepers were doing it.
Sahara Steve saw a moose, and some of us spotted deer and a partridge
Pretty cool and wet day. Thanks to all who came up.

Ya it was great meeting everyone that was a fun trail. Lots of different obstacles, i enjoyed those hill climbs! Way better after the lift! Now i need bigger tires hahahah Was fun wheeling with everyone! Hopefully we'll get to wheel again in the spring! Good job on your first run Antonio! Welcome to the madness
So I got underneath Dozy to wash the mud out and noticed that my front diff took a beating... Do u guys know of a relatively local shop to pick up something beefier? Paying for shipping on something that heavy must be bad

i had a blast guys. This trail can be as easy as you make it or as challenging as you want it to be. Very nice to meet you all, Mclovin you pretty funny guy! And Tiger, you did great for your first time out. Poison spyder makes a great diff cover.
I say we sneak another trip in before ol man winter shows up. Since this ain't my backyard, I'll let you guys take the lead. Derek you up for it? Maybe head down to Rausch Creek and take over the park!
Cheers
Steve

We're pretty much done until spring now. The OF4WD and OFSC (snowmobiles) have a handshake agreement to keep 4WDs off the trails from November to April, to allow for trail grooming and trail marking for the snowmobile clubs. It also keep the MNR out of the politics of making those decisions for the two orgs. Trucks destroy the trails for snowmobiles, as do ATVs, so out of courtesy it's generally suggested to stay off the trails.
Now, an offroad park would be perfectly reasonable!
Thanks for the fun run on the weekend. Glad everyone made it through with no troubles. Was great to see Atlacatl make it through just about everything with a showroom fresh rig! Next time we see it I'm sure it will be a bit different. Nothing wrong with how those stockers perform.
I loved Sahara_Steve's line "That was easier than I expected!" Don't be surprised when you get through a tough obstacle - be surprised when you get stuck!
Thanks to KidWrangler for leading us and organizing the trip. We had fun.

Thanks steve! Cant imagine what the trails were like in BC! Lets hope Ontario can keep up hahaha. I like that idea! I'm always DTW! Down to wheel, lil saying i took and converted there, McGlovin original. Do they actually start cleaning and clearing for snowmobiles even before snow comes???
