This post is to see who would be interested in doing the same thing this year.

I'm planning to hold this on Sunday 23rd May to coincide with ORA's clean-up weekend. The clean-up weekend is the time when members of the ORA club run the trails and clean/trim/remove fallen trees in preparation for the new season. A number of ORA members have kindly offered to run short 101 sessions (e.g. winching and recovery technique) for those interested. Good on them.

There are a variety of trails that can be run, so we can choose the level of difficulty according to who turns up - as we did last year. This is a great chance for the new guys to try out their new JKs and to learn something from the more experienced folks. As to what that "something" is - well, who knows.

Anyways, who's interested?

I know it's a little early to be thinking about May, but this is a fixed date (ORA clean-up weekend), so I won't be able to move it.

Cheers
Simon

GuitarGuy: I know you're JK-less now, but come anyways!

If I can get the monday off work, I am in too.
Not sure when I would be able to confirm that though as there are three trips TBA on my schedule around that time period depending on when the Sqns in Greenwood and Winnipeg are ready for checkrides.
