no issue with the soft top, so far so good. Check out the ottawa jeep club website I've been a member of this club for a couple of years, good bunch of people and we hit the trails approx. once a month. there's also the gatineau club, they meet every tuesday night at the TH on Monté Paiement. They are 2 different clubs. it depends what you're looking for, posing or wheeling!!!!!

EOTB is also a really good club, I've been with them a couple of times, It's open to any 4X4, not only Jeep.

I registered on the gatineau passion jeep already, haven't met any of the members so far, i'm usually pretty busy in the evenings.

My boyfriend and I somewhat reinstalled the soft top this weekend, first rain tonight with the jeep since and it's not leeking as much. I think it's just something i'll have to learn to live with.

I am definitely interested in going offroading, however, since i've never been offroading myself as a driver and my jeep will remain stock for a bit, i'm skeptical as to where I can go. Anybody know of some easier trails in the ottawa area so I can start learning somewhere? :toung:

well, I can always give you guys a little crash course, kind of a short version of Jeep 101 session, there's a couple of mild trails in Gatineau, let me know and we can hook up this week end for an hour or so. First rule: never wheel alone!!! The Ottawa Jeep club is planning a trail run soon, it's stock friendly, all you need is recovery points (front & back) and CB is a + but not mandatory. check our website http://www.ottawajeepclub.ca/

I would definitely be interested in a little crash course. It won't be until July though, June is a pretty hectic month for me and my weekends are pretty much booked.

I'll let you know and if you're still interested by that time, we could meet up!

Is there anyone in Canada having the stalling problem? We do most of our off roading with the KRAWLERZ.com...check it out...

Do you have any issues with a leaky soft top? My dealer confirmed my soft top is installed properly and lo and behold, water leaked in sunday with all the rain we got. Anybody up for a little meet and greet in the ottawa area?
...where is it leaking in???
