I'm sure all that struggling was worth it. If you want you can make a trip to windsor and help me install mine

Just add two more doors and that will hopefully be me in a few months. I just ordered my trail grapplers. gonna be living with stock suspension for a short time.

Looking good, bro!

UPS is scheduled to deliver my Bilstein 5100's tonight (from Northridge 4x4). I bought coil spacers & swaybars for a TF 2.5 BB lift from a forum member, and the balance of the kit directly from Teraflex.

I'm kind of nervous because I am planning to do my install ASAP, and have zero experience with any kind of suspension installs. I'll be relying heavily on the help and expertise of a friend as well.

Wish me luck!

-oh snap! Guess, who just showed up in a big brown van?

The excess cut off of the grommets I was speaking about to fit the top mount of shock. You'll find it works best to get the nut on there.

I'm looking to get the same lift with the bilstein shocks. Your saying you got the lift cheaper from Northridge in Canada than you could from Northridge down south? It would be a lot easier to get it from northride4x4.ca than having to have it shipped to the states and paying duty when I bring it across the border.
Just as an FYI, there's no duty on car parts when you bring them across, just HST, which northridge4x4.ca would also charge. It's slightly cheaper to buy from the US Northridge and bring it across yourself, especially since you're in Windsor, but the difference might not be worth your hassle, you'd have to decide.
