YA that is why you will need gas....
I think Serge is picking up the shocks and springs on the THursday night by the way...more to follow.

What's up boys? Wayner and Steve, you gonna meet me at my house Thursday night? I get off a 6 usually, but may be able to get off a little earlier, we'll see. Either way, I'll have all my stuff ready to go and I'll make sure Jay does too. We'll leave here and pick him up, (he's by the 401) and head over to Todds.

6`30 is too early. I`m with you guys, no later than 8.

I keep looking for Princess to get that good Hi Lift jack to go on sale. If not, I may have to break down and buy it a full pop before the trip.

Yeah, I guess. They'll probably be cheaper in the states anyway.

Planning for PA trip?
I'm in Pennsylvania, and it seems as though your group is planning on 'crossing the border'?
Where specifically are you folks headed in PA?
If it's Rausch Creek I might be able to meet you there. PM me any details.
BTW what's the date?
Cheers!

Buddy...there is a thread in the East Coast section about this about 100 pages long! https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/east-coast-51/4wd-hardware-eastcoast-jk-fest-october-10-12-no-cut-off-date-register-47316/

Art, that sounds good. Maybe we can meet close to the 401 somewhere cause I'm going to be pressed for time with work and everything as well. What exit is Jay off, maybe we can meet near there?

From what I understand the Princess Auto "Hi Lifts" are junk AND even more dangerous than a normal hi lift man. The locking part is made from white metal from what I hear. The CJ guy who helps me with my Jeep said to stay away from them.

I have a "Farm-Jack" Hi-Lift from Princess Auto......

To say they are junk is totally false....it has served me well in a variety of functions....including helping some of you guys out.

Everything from lifting to pulling to recovering vehicles, fallen trees, rocks, and yes, a front door of a house.

It is showing no signs of wear or weakness at all after 4 years of use. Its very heavy, and very strong....

I would recommend it to anyone.
