Jesus Christ, this thread is going to make me off myself....and not a plea for attention across the wrist..I am going wrist to elbow.....
...to change the direction of this......it is official, I am posted to another unit here in Kingston. For sure will be in Afghanistan start of 2010. which means I will be able to do my dream build on the Jeep as soon as I get back. PLUS, this is a field pay unit, so that means now I will be getting a monthly field pay allowance based on the amount of years I was in a field (deployable) unit. It will come out to about $500 a month extra.
So the depressing part is that i will be over there during the best wheeling months BUT I will have all winter to hit Ohio (4wd.com) and do my build. (I get close to 2 months off work after a deployment)
The only thing I am considering right now is if they decide to come out with a better engine option in 2010-2011. if so I will go with a Rubicon, otherwise mine will be built up past Rubicon specs....(not that it matters, I will still end up recovering you losers.
So Steve, wait it out..shit gets better......Rock Sniper, seeing as Steve is working so much, I bet there is a Glory Hole in his area that needs a worker....cmon up...
Oh and Happy Curmudgeon......I am a firm believer it is cheaper to buy a wood chipper than what you went through brother.....

LOL no doubt......but just to make Steve feel better. lastn ight I was watching a movie, in the basement. JUST as the final climactic scene is about to happen (Cinderella Man) the bulb in my 62" DLP blew......$225 for a new one dammit.....
