Default Rubi add on rails update amont other things.

So I am finally getting off my ass to fab up some add on rails. Went to price the steel today, for 13' of 1.5" DOM I was looking at $76. that length gives me enough room to play and make the center support for my 2 Dr. The guy at the steel place told me to hold off though as come April when the Seaway opens up the prices of steel will drop. So I am going to wait.

Finishing up my tailgate shock project tonight, have to make a new interior bracket as this is one strong shock I have.

Hi Lift mount is basically done, just need to get my hard top off so I can reach the zipper to take roll padding off and mount it. Then paint it.

So many projects so little time. I start my new job next week which will keep me pretty busy until I deploy to Afghanistan but hopefully wont mess with my weekends too much.

Ya, I wouldn't mind setting up some for the ol Red Rock...also want to set up my light bar for the hood...

Todd how easy would it be to just fix my Warn BTW? if it is just a solenoid..rather than pulling it and sending it to TO under warranty?

Not a clue, but if the solenoids are accessible, it isnt hard swapping them out.

I am still putting off a lift till I figure out what side rail/removable step for Erica to climb into the cab (she is small for a 6 year old and she's 8!)
I might be interested if it would help her climb up.
