Yo Chris.. what I need is a way to move the shock mount above the axel rather than below.. that would have worked well for me and Bob many times

I agree thats the better way to go. I think they have something for that too.

I dont think moving them would be a problem, just some welding. I do wonder about the shocks being compressed a bit more during normal day to day stuff. Maybe adjustable shocks should be thought about?

Probably would require shorter shocks perhaps 6"? the springs would remain the same..
