Default Some things in life are free

I picked up a screw in my tire yesterday and took the jeep into Kal-Tire for repair , they took tire off vehicle removed the ruber from the rim and patched the puncture from the inside , re-installed the rubber , balanced and reinstalled tire . they also washed all 4 tires as well.
When the gave me the bill it said $0.00 , I was a little confused and when i asked if they made a mistake the technician said "No we do not charge for repiars to tires .. WOW .. There still is a place that beleives in quality work and customer satisfation. I know that i will be going back there form time to time for oil changes and minor repairs.

Job well done

I love when stuff like that happens. When I was in high school I had an '87 Daytona. It was constantly falling apart. I took it into a shop and the guy at the counter told me my brakes were shot and needed to be repaired right away. I told him I'd bring it back in a couple of days when I had money and he wouldn't let me go. He said it wasn't safe to be driving like that and he paid for the repairs out of his own pocket. If I remember correctly, the bill was around $250. He didn't take my name or address or anything. I paid him back a couple of days later when I had the money. Pretty amazing, I thought. that shop had my loyalty for years.

I've generally had good service at Kal-Tire as well.

Default Kal Tire

A little while back i was having one hell of a time getting my tires balanced correctly.
I took it into these guys as I heard they had a state of the art balancer.
I did not buy my tires from Kal Tire. They took it in and balanced all 5 tires and used at least a bottle of armourall on the tires to shine them up.
When I went to pay they said no charge. They hope that I would concider them next time I need tires.
I went out and bought all the guys a Timmies for there troubles. Figured it was the least I could do.
Great place and out of the way for me but you bet ill be going to them next time. If not for the Jeep definatly for our other car.

I went back today to Kal- Tire and got the oil change done for 34.99 and they rotated the tires for me at no extra charge , where the dealer or other places would have charged me an extra 20-25 bucks to rotate them .. while on the hoist the guy noticed that my rear axle is out of alinement and told me to take it back to dealer and let them look at it to see if it is within factory soecs (It looks like it shifted ) .. I love these guys .... I will be deffinately take all my vehicles (3) to them from now on to do the oil changes and rotations.....
