Default spare time, no money and a dremel

Sitting home on a saturday afternoon with nothing to do can very quickly become a make work project. I decided that seeing as my Smittybilt fenders were not coming in until June to say forget it and go back to original plan. I figured I'd go play in the garage. My passenger rear fender had a nice dent in it from last years Greens run and a rather solid tree. Decided to finally pull out the dremel and cut the rear fenders to match the fronts.

This is the fenders before I started

Inner fenders pulled out to reveal much of Hamilton that I aaprently brought home with me (this is after the initail wipe down)

Tape all layed out for a nice even cutting line

Nice even cut

All trimmed out and cleaned up properly

All thats left now is to spray the rocker guard in the inner fenders, mount the new rear bumper, install new CB antenna, and shes all ready for another year. Its actually nice to fronts and rears done the same, makes Jeep look more uniform.

I have some door trim for the edges, smoothes it out real nice.

Snorkel is on the floor to my right. Took off temporarily to clean a few things and change headlights.

If youre referring to all the green on the inside that will be rock guarded black as soon as it warms up just a bit more.

That would look better. That is why I kept my liners when i went to the flats. I though of painting the inside but the liners fit perfect.
