Been sitting here for 2 weeks after minor foot surgery on this forum 15 hrs a day. I am getting bore waiting for all my parts to come in and get installed. I think it is time for some early planning for a trip. When does Bobcaygeon open up to off road-ing , and what about Minden. Had a great time with my kid on the Bobcaygeon night run. I do have one Jamboree planned for the Big horn but would like some early runs to get the bugs out on my soon to be new set up. May may-be a good start. What say ye all, lets talk about it.

The OF4WD has worked closely with the MNR and OFATV and have decided that this year the trails are going to open up on May 1st. We ask that you use some common sense in your trail riding in that if the trails are still extremely wet that you stay away from those areas and let nature dry them out before too much damage is done. We have worked hard for you this past year in keeping trails open and working out a better start date with the co-operation of other groups and the MNR.

Please respect this course of action.

Where ya talking about going? The neighbor and I might be in depending!

 

The first one i did last year was Minden hydro lines. great time till my jeep stopped and had to get towed out the last third of the run. Now that was off roading at its best with no power steering and brakes being yanked around. Still fun.

 

if were gonna go lets go big, no more hydro lines this year .... lets do some exploring!!

 

let me know when you guys are thinking and if i'm around I'm down for a little fun....it's been too long.....damn winter!
