You wont believe this Art but "I backed up" Thats it.
The rear tire was stuffed right up into the fender and when I bcaked up, the tires ripped the end of the bumper down like that. The weld across the top of the bumper where the end angles forward, got pulled out like it had been held on with spit.
The bigger problem was that it pulled the bumper in a tiny bit toward the tailgate and wedged the tire carrier against the back so I cant open it up.

I hope that when I do get it open today, I can shorten the two bumpers that stop is rattling and then I should be able to get it closed again.

I dont know the best way to try to bend the end piece back up.
Any suggstions?

I am thinking of jacking it up, then trimming off an inch from the end and welding the end plate back in place (Both sides)

Fantastic Pics Ron, most of them dont do the trail justice and a lot of them I couldn't even figure out where they were till I realised that some looked like they were going downhill when they were really going up!

Wayne, Post up those pics already. Give Bruce a chance to see them before he flies away.

(Yeah I knw, I'm all talk, next time I will bring a camera, but for now, I'm just glad I had that pulley )

I was exhausted when I got home last night so sorr for not posting up right away....what a fantastic day!

That trail is now my favorite one that I have done so far....no comparison!

To top off the day, on the drive home some jackass in a Jeep Liberty decided to pull in behind me and turn on his highbeams. Not just a quick flick, but he put them on and left them on for about 2 minutes. It was obviously intentional becuase he turned them on as soon as he pulled in behind me. I gave him a flick of my rear LOD lights and he stayed right on my ass high beams blazing. So I changed lanes (because I wanted to get behind him and light him up with my KC's...lol) and he floored it and took off. He was driving like a total idiot and Bruce and I were chatting about him on the CB. Well literally 5 seconds later I see opp pull out and light him up, chasing him down the hwy. He must have been doing 40-50 over the limit....ahhhh....I love Karma!

Anyways on to the pictures!

Lets do it again soon!
