Cute dog,
should have called him "Frankendick" what with the stiches to his tool.
As far as dog farts to, not to sure, wifes poodle is fine, hamsters have bigger farts then that little turd, but my Lhasa, holy crap does he frigging stink. And he can spray onto the walls too, its enough to gag a hores. I actually took him to the vet when he first farted cause we had just had him in to get fixed. I though maybe he had an infection on this incission, (I know, you have frankendick, i got a mutt called nomorenutz).
Stupid dog weights 15 pounds, and 14 of them are colon...

Ouch now that hurt... 
There is a whack of wife, significant other and mother comments I have but I'm training a newbie today so I'll keep her clean and dry (well almost)..
Just remember to roll her in flower and slap the thigh while you ride the wave in looking for the wet spot.
