Hey Matt, you need to add me as a 'friend' on Webshots, so I can get the full size pics. :-)

Here's a few pics and short vids Melanie took: http://public.mvlan.net/folder/011/J...23%20-%20Weir/

It was a pretty good day -- I was really impressed by those waffleboards. I might even buy two more. :-)

BTW, I think Weir would be doable with the trailer, although I'd probably take the bypass for the "S" -- the stairs would be enough work for one day! :-)

Generally, I've noticed that people tend to use only those tools that are immediately on-hand, so next time I'll take down my HiLift too. :-) I have the adapter which hooks onto a wheel, so you can raise it and stuff some waffleboards or rocks underneath. That would have been useful once or twice... :-)

Nope, but it's one of those noose type knots where you pull on one end and it undoes itself. It's going to take a few thousand pounds of pull to undo it though. ;-D

And you know after riding off-road for a few hours, when you come back on road you always feel something clicks or bangs or feels weird that was not there before...?
I started getting the famous 'steering clunk' 2-3 weeks ago, so I have to take a look at that. Maybe it's just the firewall bushing that's loose of something (fingers crossed) and just needs a clamp. We'll see...

Ok that rules out the clutch

Does it come from the front seats area ?

Hmm
