Winter Driving Course in Quebec?
Hey guys,
I think my wife would get a kick out of a winter driving course -- maybe even a rally type track. Can anyone recommend something around Montreal? The only thing I found on google is http://www.mecaglisse.com/en/index.htm. Has anyone heard of these guys?
Thanks,
js.

Check car clubs
BMW has a lot of them and price ranges from 500-3G's depending on how much training you want.
You have to use BMW's with them though, they supply one if you havn't got one.

If you want to make the trip here to Ottawa the Motorsports club of Ottawa has a much cheaper winter rally couse that I went on last year for a much more reasonable price. 150.00 for non members, 125.00 for members.

You can drive what ever car or truck you want to enter, only requiement is it has to have winter tires.
Pretty good all day course, goes kinda like this.
Theory about car control for the morning (weight transfer, angles, throttle & break control ect..), then assighned a driving instructor for some track time to apply what you just was taught (from theory to reality), break for lunch. Discuss more advance theory, and then pretty much the next 3 hours on the track with your instructor applying everything.
Then all meet and discuss how everything went over some coffee.
I liked it a lot.
